The previous management of ABSA had invested heavily in an enterprise CRM suited to large-scale member organisations. It was costly for the licenses, it was costly to continually get coding/programming done, tech support was thin on the ground and none of our staff or members were happy.

Association Online changed all that.

Since going live on October 1, 2012, the system has performed flawlessly and I now have happy staff again and the members are getting the online experience they deserve.

The crew at IVT were the best IT and project people I have had the pleasure to work with. They took the time to understand our business, come up with clever solutions and executed the transition perfectly.

I can not recommend the staff at IVT or Association Online highly enough.
