If you’ve phoned IVT in the last couple of months you’ve probably noticed a very enthusiastic new voice on the phones! Joel de Ross has joined the helpdesk team, so his role includes providing friendly support and troubleshooting on using our systems.

Joel has an interesting and diverse background including working as a music producer, after spending his early childhood years living in a tribal longhouse in the jungles of Borneo.

He’s passionate about non-profits and the benefits they bring to the community, which makes him an ideal person to be helping Association Online and Nonprofit Online administrators get the best possible use out of the system.
