Training is a critical aspect of any comprehensive software project, so to make sure we've got it covered we recently hired expert trainer Josephine Ferguson.

Josephine is very well qualified to take on this role, with both extensive formal qualifications in training and assessment and also broad experience in senior training roles at organisations including Myer Grace Bros, GE Money, and Box Hill Institute of TAFE.

At IVT her role includes definition, development, and delivery of training material for Association Online and Nonprofit Online. Having her on the team opens up all sorts of possibilities for more formally structured training offerings for our clients, both as part of the initial project deployment process and also as follow-up training for your new and existing staff.
