With our ever-increasing volume of Association Online and Nonprofit Online projects the Deployment Team needs to scale up to match, and the addition of Jason Green to the team has given us a big boost. Jason's previous experience with managing high-tech projects has helped him hit the ground running in his new role with IVT. He's already reviewed and revised our project deployment plan and is now managing a number of client deployments, giving Antoine and the rest of the deployment team a much-needed resource.

A major aspect of Jason's role is requirements analysis and project scoping, helping to make sure we accurately match our software to the specific needs of every client.
